Murtha sued by Marine. Good. Disgraced Congressman should resign.
Does anyone remember how the biggest ass in Congress, Murtha accused the Haditha Marines of “cold blooded murder” last year?
Well, I do. I called for his resignation last year and am still calling for it.

_Can_ they sue him? If what he said was said in Congress during session, it seems to me that he would be immune to a suit…but if it was _out_ of session….he’s on the hook!

He said it in multiple press conferences - while he is protected on the Congressional floor - what he says to the press matters - and he’s got a good chance of being punished. If there was any real ethics board in the House, he’d be up on charges there too.

The sad thing about him is that unlike some on the left, he won’t even be shamed into doing the right thing. So i hope they sue his fat ass then.
