Debunking the Trash Talk.

Here are a couple of links to sites debunking the myths about Sarah Palin.
Sarah Palin Sexism Watch

Palin Rumors

Also Michelle Malkin has an article about the latest one. Follow the links within the article and remember what was done to Michael Steele then ask yourselves: Who is the party of racism and sexism? Hint: It’s not the Republican Party although popular opinion tells us so.

Addition: I was listening to Mark Levin and during the caller session a woman called in to say that amniocenteses are required by federal law for women over 35. If that’s true, Governor Palin didn’t have a choice but to undergo the procedure which debunks another lie being told by the MSM.

    Good Reporting, Steph.

May all the nutroots folks spreading these rumors get run over by a Moose.

Ace has started a thread about the silliness of the latest rumors - it’s hilarious.

    Potential new Sarah Palin rumors….

Like Chuck Norris jokes only worse. So far nobody has said my favorite:

“Death has had a near Sarah Palin experience”

What is left to do but mock them. Nothing the left says will ever be taken seriously again.

Of course, my “baby” is now 30, so times have changed, but when I was pregnant for the 5th time, I didn’t bother going to the OB-GYN until I was about 5-6 months along. Army doctors didn’t give you an appointment until you had missed two periods, and then we were transfered, so time just added up. The doctor was obviously annoyed with me…lectured me about my age and higher percentage of birth defects, and if there was a problem it was now too late to do anything about it. I was taken aback. It never occurred to me that I might have a baby with a problem, or if I did, that abortion would be a possibility. I just never considered abortion.
Of course, I gained too much weight…he told me it was too much salt in my diet - what did I eat. One item was weekly spaghetti - that was Thursday dinner (long story…we’ll skip it for now). Well, that’s your problem, he said. I said it was home made. He said “do you use canned tomatoes?” “yes”…that’s the problem …a tablespoon of salt in every can. “I can my own…I don’t use salt”… “Well then…you have no taste”.

    Heh.

    Sorry…got carried away.

Anyway, the point of the story is that I didn’t have amniocentesis at that time.

What right do they have to make this a federal requirement? On whom? requirement placed on the doctor, or on the woman? Why? How? is there any proof of this requirement? or maybe it’s just a recommendation?

  5. Stephanie Says:

That last addition might be hard to confirm. So far all I’ve turned up is abortion stuff.

    Kathy…is this the site?

Nope - but that’s a good one, Sue! LOL!
I’ll look for it and link it if I can find it again.
