Bush makes suprise visit to Iraq
The troops LOVED to see their commander in chief with them in the field today. AP story on Fox, but this picture is perfect. Note that this took place in the Anbar province, which used to be Charlie’s point — er, excuse me, owned by the bad guys. (I love the smell of victory in the morning, and this was definitely on heck of a victory of the PR sort.)
Of course, you know that this means that Iraq is just lost and our effort is doomed, doomed, doomed.

Call me a cynic, but you’d think that he’d be able to do these things openly if there was any sort of stability over there. I’m all for victory in Iraq, and I’m definitely not part of the “cut and run” crowd.

Please remove cranium from sphincter, it is a war zone . A president never goes anywhere without max security, even in his own country, let alone a war zone with mad bombers running loose. We have “stability” here at home, but there are still many murders per night on our own streets.

Bebop sounds like our state department. They would have stability at all costs, even turning thier backs while Stalin, Mao, Kim il Suck and Saddamm murdered millions.
