Just A Taste of What Terrorists Have Planned For Us
By now you’ve surely all read that 6 Muslims, all foreign born, were charged with plotting to attack Ft. Dix in New Jersey and kill hundreds of our finest young men and women. Oh that religion of peace is at it again.
This should serve as a reminder of what they would like to do to us. It was a military base this time, but it could have been (or may be) any place where groups of innocent Americans are just doing their jobs or having fun. It could be a sports arena, a crowded mall, a college campus, an elementary school, a movie theater, a restaurant.
New Jersey is a BLUE state. Its elected officials, siding with the retreat and defeat Democrats could not spare the state from being a target.
We are not safe and won’t be until we wipe out Islamic fundamentalist terrorism. It matters not to these maniacs whether we come from red states or blue. We are all Americans and that makes us all targets. These terrorists are in Iraq, like it or not. We can choose to take them out over there or we can face the battles over here.
The thwarted attack on Ft. Dix serves as a reminder of the choice the likes of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid have made. Remember that next time you are in a public place. Look around and report suspicious characters. Because Democrats are going to give the terrorists in Iraq a lot more free time to focus their attention on us here at home.

It’s hard for a lot of folks to understand how ANONE could be crazy enough to attack a US Military Base/Post…
But…you’ve explained it well…
Our Military Bases are like any other American community…Housing—Schools—Day Care—Swimming Pools—Gymnasiums—Stores—Theaters…
The only Active Duty Personal who are Armed are MP’s—Base Security…etc…
Also important is the Psychological affect this has on our Military Men & Women Serving in harm’s way…the Troops “Down Rangeâ€â€¦
Thank God we were able to foil this attack…but, the Psychological Affect is still there…
“What if they harm my wifeâ€â€¦â€œWhat if they harm my kids†“Why won’t Congress support what I’m doingâ€â€¦â€œWhere’s my Commander-N-Chiefâ€â€¦etc…
And one final point, please…
“THIS†is the ‘Debate’ I’ve been talking about…
You’ve addressed it in your Post…and it echoes all the way back to Sept 11, 2001…

I’m not in the least worried about those 6. I have a feeling they’ll end up on the dumb crooks news for the radio “The Big Show”. What I worry about are the smart ones.

Something to add about this plot. These dufus wanna-be was planning to charge up the front gates of Fort Dix. For one thing, they wouldn’t get pass the guards, which protects each post. Also, there is so much traffic and line to get in because of 100% identication check of each vehicle. These bozo’s would had to wait in line to get up to the gate. I was in Fort Dix many years ago and I don’t think it change after 9/11. It a very strong armed fort. To charge into the facility is very unlikely.
I have no idea what these bird-brain radical islamist were thinking. I’m glad we have the homeland security team talking to each division team member. Unlike Clinton and his wall of secrecy between police, FBI and CIA and every law enforcement agency, this time we are catching these jerks before a tragedy occurs.

CYRUS, charge up to the gate. Where did you get that? Attacking with automatic weapons and RPG’s was more of the plan. Actually it could/would have worked but for the pleadings of some in the government to forget the democrat PC BS and report anything that doesn’t look right, especially if it involves anyone from the religion of murder. One citizen with a brain stopped what could have been wholesale murder. Actually pull up to the gate and shoot one, two at the most, guards and you’re in. 22 years in the military. Just be thankful they didn’t pick your children’s school or the local mall, and that everyone doesn’t listen to the surrender monkeys.

Scrapiron, I understand the dyre nature of the situation and not making lite of it, but expressing the stupidity of attacking a well secured fortress like Fort Dix.
I lived in NJ almost my entire life and I have visited Fort Dix and do have friend who served and stationed there and to blantantly attack this fort is like going to the gates of the White House and fire a rocket propelled instrument to the building without being notice. I highly doubt that.
These terrorist are being bold in there action but stupid. Im glad it was foiled. Dont get me wrong. The ordasidity for them to think we have our guards down should put them in there place that this country will not be terrorize like before.

What troubles me the most about the Jersey Jihadists is that they were caught because they were stupid. We can not count on all those who strive for jihad to be as stupid as these guys were.
About a year ago I had a couple posts concerning Zarqawi recruiting hundreds of europeans, training them in Iraq and sending them back to thier home countries to recruit and train others & to continue thier Jihad.
There are also some similarities between these 6 in New Jersey and the dozen or so wannabe Jihadists that the Canadians arrested last year. I am not saying that these groups are connected because I don’t have the evidence to support that assertion, but it is something that investigators should be looking into.
