Restaurant Laws They Are A Changin’ - Here Comes the Nanny State
Smoking is out but dogs are in. But what if your dog smokes?
Am I alone here or do I think restaurants should be allowed to make these decisions for themselves? I’m a smoke hater and and dog lover, but this is taking the power of government into the heads of people. We don’t need Big Brother deciding what we eat, who we can eat with, and whether or not smoking should be allowed. The idea that government knows more about what we should and should not do is dog poo. They should be forced to bag it.
Woof woof.

Colorado is one of those 16 states that has passed no smoking legislation. I have such mixed feelings about this. If I was a smoker, I’d be angry. But I’m not and I have to say that it is so nice to go into a restaurant and to not smell the smoke. In the “olden” days in Colorado, being in a non-smoking area didn’t insure that you didn’t get to smell/inhale it.
