Is It Time to Pull a “Toricelli” in NJ?

According to a new Strategic Vision poll, Tom Kean is now leading Bob Menendez 44% to 40%. Kean has been leading by a few points in virtually every poll released recently in this race.
De ja vu all over again. . .
